I get anxiety really easy. any stims give it to me and other things like green tea and what not. has anyone who has tried RR had anxiety from it? the reason i ask:

I found that Rhodiola Rosea works better for relaxing and helping me sleep better than Z-12. I tried them both. Also Rhodiola Rosea enables me to train harder and recover better. Placed another order on these results.

so did it give you a stimulating effect at all like it says? i could use the relaxing aspect of it.
Yes @ 500mg per day i will be feeling anxious after 3 days and will not be sleeping well. i’ve gotten good results taking half that e.o.d. with breaks however.
I have taken Rhodiola for years, and it has helped in times of extreme stress. I do feel it help, and allows me to relax better. Worth a try in my book.

I’ve just been taking it for about a week now. I don’t tend to get anxious, but I’d say Rhodiola will do the opposite. I think it’s actually calming me down and making me less apt to react quickly, without thinking things through.
It’s interesting. I’m definitely going to play with it to see what, if any, effect it really seems to have on me. So far, though, I’m impressed.
No sides. Just a overall feeling in the gym of being able to train harder and longer. Sleeping is more relaxed and easier to fall asleep at night. I would recommend this to anyone.I also take L-Theanine 200mg twice a day or 400mg right before bed.
This is one of the best things I’ve found for anxiety. I have a very stressful job and this takes the edge off. Not as good a few beers, but it will get the job done for you.
I have an anxiety disorder and currently on Zoloft. I’ve found that Rhodiola after 3 weeks has had no negative side effects. I can’t say it has made me calmer but there hasn’t been any getting worse
I placed an order so i’ll try it out. Thanks for your replies everyone. And i do periodically take l-theanine when it gets tough. also magnesium is awesome for controlling anxiety.
