Very interesting. I usually eat it with red grapes, then after twenty minutes eat a big meal with plenty of fats.
I have not heard anything about it being absorbed more efficiently by eating it with fat.
My guess would be because it is soluble in fat, a lipid rich meal would increase absorbtion and it would not be so rapidly metabolized when eaten with fat, since Resveratrol seems to be rapidly metabolized and excreted when digested orally, which is why reaching the saturation point is so important, since it may not be absorbed efficiently when rapidly metabolized and excreted.
So basically taking high doses of Resveratrol with fats and some fruit like red grapes would be my best bet for optimized, slower absorbtion and reaching that saturation point.
Correct. I believe you want to reach that saturation point.
