Review My Last Bloodwork?

Ok thanks everyone. I think I’m going to stick with my protocol for now. I feel good. Great sleep, good energy, morning wood every morning, f#ck for days, and my gains are consistent at the gym. I might consider dropping my daily dose in the future, but for now I’m going to ride it out.

Anyone running >1000TT year round should keep a very close eye on their E2, HCT, and blood pressure. Best of luck to you.

What tt should one shoot for?

There is no one number fits all. But staying on the high side of in range even at peak would be the safest approach. Get there for a year or so then look to experiment around.

Copy. Well I’ll probably drop my daily dose of 28mg, to 24mg. That should drop me into the high range of e2, tt, and free t. Thanks for your help everyone.

Everyone should start at a very low dose and titrate up as needed. For the most part there is no reason to start at a high dose initially. Just more problems. Most people seem to feel great around 800ish total T. I started at 100mg and went up 20mg increments and gave at least 2 months at each to see before going to the next.

Well lets be clear since my doctor started me off at 100mg e14d and prolonged my misery for 3 months until doubling my dose.

My doc started me immediately at 200mg per week. That’s 800mg every 28 days. I’ve been running 28mg ed which puts me at 784mg every 28 days. I’ll drop to to 24mg ed, which is 672mg every 28 days. That shouldn’t be a huge difference but should get me back into the high side of normal ranges, on my labs.

You have an SHGB of 24.8 (about the best number one can have) for TRT year round you will not need more than 140mg/wk. Also with an shgb of 25 twice a week shots is all that is needed. SubQ in the love handle and get on with your life. No playing doc on yourself every dam day. Best of luck I hope you will try my suggestion for a few months it might surprise you how well it works.
