last summer i took the pro hormone epistane- a few weeks after finishing i noticed the itchy/ sensative nipples, lumps growing etc to signal the onset of gyno. went to my doctor about it he was useless found more information on the internet. anyhow i have read that letro can reverse or at least shrink gyno if used within the first year or so of developing it. I’ve read the sticky on here about dosing annd for how long etc but my question is this:
im looking at running my first proper AAS cycle (knowing now what i do about pro hormones i wish i had not bothered and done this a long time ago) just a simple test E cycle at 500 per week for 10 weeks followed by pct. should i run the letro reversal cycle first to get rid of the gyno and if so how long should i leave between the end of that and the start of my first test cycle?
Or should i start my test cycle with an AI to stop any further gyno and then when it comes to doing my pct do the full letro cycle (some places say it can take up to 60 days for it to fully work)? any help would be greatly appricaited cheers in advance
