Results - 12 Week Test Enanth/Dbol Cycle

Congratulations on the great cycle you put together and had the discipline to stay the course. Even with AAS you have to be persistent, consistent and precise.

Beautiful!

Serioulsy, I can’t believe how much of a difference this has made on how I think about the gym, and strength in general. Really opened my eyes to alot of great things my body is capable of. Sure, I realize I lose some of my gains and strength, but I’ve learned alot.

Plus, I look and feel better than I have in my entire life. In other words, I’m a believer.

LMAO, you sound like me, 5 years ago.

Too bad you need artificial male hormones to feel like a man…and such a whiny little scrawny “I don’t train” looking man at that.

Was that directed towards Altered State or Littlerunt?

Directed at me. This oddity seems to have developed a personal dislike for me.

I think it’s great that someone has so little going on in their life that they want to suck the sweat off my balls

My own little fan club, yay![/quote]

wow i see someone else has been drinking the haterade again. with a screenname like “loathing” it says a lot about his own self image… its not healthy dude learn to like yourself…

I really like those three words: persistent, consistent, and precise. Because really that’s what it took. Sometimes the last thing I wanted to do was slam down another protein shake - and I just did it anyway. And food precision was key - really counted every carb, every gram of protein. It paid off big time - and now that I’ve done it, it will be much easier to do it again bc I have a better starting point. Even with pinning consistency was important - same day, same time (before bed for me works best). It felt good to be so disciplined about it all. And thanks for the kudos…LR

LR, I’m pretty sure I’m reading that you are only doing the stasis for 2 weeks? Bad idea, my man. The stasis is actually the more important part of this. You need to have at least a four week stasis period, preferably 5-6, before moving on to your taper.

The taper itself looks fine. You’ve done everything else right, make sure you do this one the way it is supposed to be done, too.

Heheh  Thanks hangiron, I haven’t looked at that in a while and it brought a big smile to my face.

Great thread, thanks for posting LR

Admittedly I am new to examining the “steroid question”, but after seeing your profile, I wonder exactly what sort of training programs that you were doing for the 5 years before you started to cycle and wondering why you couldn’t manage anymore natural size.

Could you post some details of what you used to/do in the gym? If you got 20+ pounds out of your cycle, did you start doing things training wise/nutrition wise that could have played a part in such massive gains?

Geez, has it been twelve weeks? I swear you just started your first injection. Have to say that I am not surprised it went well for you. You asked good questions before you started and listened to the people with experience.

Like other people said, keep updating, I always enjoy what you write and your enthusiasm.

Oh another note, did that post from loathing get deleted or am I blind?

LR, how much weight have you retained?

Okay a quick update: I’m in my stasis now (thanks Cortes for keeping me correctly on track) and I really haven’t lost much strength at all. Yesterday I benched 5x295. My strongest yet. May be different in two months, but I’m hoping not too different…

Obviously I still have residual test in me and will for a while. (It was Enanth.) My stamina is a bit down, but I think that’s natural bc I’ve also taken my carbs down quite a bit from where I had them during cycle.

I’ve lost four pounds since my last injection, and I think that’s about right. I’ve been holding steady, though, for the past week. I realize I will lose some, and will be very happy to keep 10-15 overall quality pounds of muscle. Oddly, people say I look bigger than I did three weeks ago - I think I’m a bit more cut, and that makes alot of difference. I actually feel a bit more at home in my own skin right now, not so bloated.

On that note, I just want to re-iterate how important my dosage of A-dex was in keeping my bloat manageable, and, more importantly, in keeping my test level emotionally and physically manageable within my body. I was pinning 750/test/week, and, for the last 8 weeks especially, definitely needed almost 1g of anastrozole a day. Mine could be a bit underdosed (although it’s from a reputable guy), or maybe my body just needs that amount. That amount kept my emotions in check, and kept my d*ck feeling great, too.

To the poster who asked about my workouts pre-AAS. Yes, they were intense, but only about 30% compound. Over the last year, I got a trainer and moved my workouts to MUCH heavier weights, with a focus on compound exercises, working out 5-6x/week Honestly, I probably would have gained some weight just because of that switch, and by eating more calories, but I felt I was mature enough and experienced enough (at 35) for AAS, and my body responded quickly and well.

Thats the post I was referring to in your thread when you were still questioning the legit-ness (is that a word?) of your gear. LOL

Damn dude, a milligram a day (I hope you mean mg, not g)? What does anyone else think of this? Granted, he WAS taking 750 mg of test a week…

lol! possibly a little…

I think so sure, but since this is m first time out…well, you know. I got it quickly and easily, but it may be underdosed. And, yes, it’s mg, not g. regardless, it took awhile for me to find the right amount that works for me. but once i did it was so much better…
