Republicans Could Lock Up 2016 If...

It’s not inconceivable to think the Democrats could win in 2016, but the dynamics certainly will not favor them. They would need a whole lot to go right and they don’t have a candidate that is going to capture the independents like Obama did.

I also fully expect Dem turnout to be down.

I think you are correct on all counts. Anything can happen in a political contest. And some things are outside the control of the candidate and his/her handlers. The world economy, natural disasters, tin horn dictators making crazy moves. Things like that and more can’t be controlled. And when something odd happens it may favor one candidate over another and we end up with a different result. So on that note no one knows until it actually happens.

But…barring any such odd occurrences I don’t think Hillary has a snowballs chance in hell of becoming the next President. And quite honestly I think she knows this. At times she appears to simply be going through the motions and hoping for the best.

As a side note, the very thing that helped her husband to get elected and then reelected was his love of people. Whether you like Bill Clinton or not it is obvious that he loves to mix with the common man. Hillary on the other hand gives off the vibe that she will, at best, tolerate you. And for that reason she will be rejected at the polls in a general election.

Honestly, I don’t even think it will be all that close if the republicans choose a good candidate.
