No, he meant his personal property…as in U.S. soil. Even if someone does trespass on your property, unless they pose an immediate threat against you…I don’t see the point of murdering someone.
Again I thought he was referring to his personal property (home) and yes if somebody is knocking over/cutting/climbing over my fence then you are damn correct that a gun will be drawn.
No problem.

Whether I have been to the border is irrelevant. You’re arguing that people should be able to protect themselves. I am not arguing against this and will argue for someone’s right to protect themselves when threatened in all instances.

I’m arguing against minute man militia over here, that because someone is an alien…a citizen has the right to murder them.

If one takes personal responsability for ones own social liberalism then why would there be a NEED for fiscal conservatism to have to support it ?

I am asking seriously and not to be a prick. You have peaked my curiousity on this, thank you .
Seriously…think this through. You can’t have all the government programs and policies that are immersed in social liberalism and still be fiscally conservative. You must spend lots and lots and lots of (Chinese financed) money to fund social liberalism.

Social liberalism is the fundamental basis of the nanny state. The nanny state is the antithesis of fiscal conservatism.

Which of the two is more important to you? That will define who you are and what you stand for.
Um… if his answer was “fuck it, I dont play that game” what would he be then?
A spectator?
No, a liberatrian.

And quite wealthy if you play it right.

Maximus, I would have NO PROBLEM at all shooting in the head those that tresspass over our border, then throwing their dead carcass back, to begin with ; )

I also agree with you that this state is Fucked. I take issue with public service unions that want to get their people paid AFTER they have stopped working. Great, you put your ass on the line but why are you getting 85% of your last yearly income now that you are no longer working ? I dont work I dont eat, it is that simple.

I would have to believe that you are not pro union and neither am I.

I really wish that Soldier could put a bullet through the head of an Illegal Alien / people say I am racist because I want to cap a trespasser. If a Norwegian jump the canadian border to get into the US illegally I would still want to cap his ass…

There are things though that do need to be protected. I do not know about yourself but I really do like breathing clean air, drinking out of a high mountain steam and not having my sanity destroyed by idiots
with no common sense not courtesy…apologies for this running a bit longer than intended.
Dude, I know you’re pissed about illegal immigration, Lords knows I hate it too, but I am not about to shoot people over it. If you enforce the laws, and stop incentives, they will leave and won’t come back.

Yes the Unions own this whole state, and as constituents, we are under attack by a Democratic Mafia voted in by an influx of poor people.

I also agree that we need to keep our place clean, but not at the expense of driving our business. When CARB (California Air Resources Board) tried to impose a fee on people driving with low tire pressure, that’s when you know shit is insane.

What I am getting at is, I hope that the others here (not in Cali) see what the Liberal machine does when it’s opened up full throttle. In a 6 month time period, we spent $2.6 Billion over budget, AND also took in $2.6 less in revenue. You don’t need to be a wizard to see how that will fuck shit up.

For people who have hard-ons for Democratic policies, take a look at California, where Dems have a supermajority. We now have a $95 Billion budget, are $10 Billion in the red, worst schools, highest taxes, worst business environment, highest paid teachers, most illegal aliens, and 1/3 of the country’s welfare.

Want to take a stab at how that ^^^ will end up ?
It is not really fair to compare Cali. with any other state,The Los Angeles area is home to 130 some cities ,over 10 million people it covers an area from Frazier Park to almost San Diego to past Palm springs probably around Indio LA is huge . The Bay area is another huge densely populated area . Cali is so densely populated the only area not populated is the I5 area . No way to compare it . I do agree it has alot of problems

Pitt,

We have the 9th largest economy IN THE WORLD, and we STILL are easily $10 Billion in the red.

This is clearly not an issue of revenue, the problem is this cluster fuck of a government is spending as if the economy is still rockin’ and rollin’. Arnold expanded government by 40%, wonder what that did ?

Maximus, remember that Arnie is a Republican. I am not saying that the Dems have not fucked up their fair share of the state. Seems that for some reason the repubs LOVE to vote in second rate actors as their guy. Anyone remember that monkey actor Reagan ?

I understand what you are saying, my point was that you can not compare Cali to any other state because no other state has the needs that Cali has . Just it’s freeway system is remarkable ,although over worked . I know the social programs do need some tweeking .

Did Arnold expanded government or did revenue shrink due to the economy . In AZ our problems were due to the latter. The way our Governor handled the problem is don’t pay the bills that have no recourse to collect and to pass all available costs on to counties and cities.

And THAT my friend makes you about as clever as Pitttttbullllll.
Also makes you as clever as Puss

and on that comment I am out as I cannot stop laughing at how absurd this has gotten, Touche’ !

Puss like to pretend he is smarter than other people. It gives him the impression he is better than you or me or anybody he wants.

I have been seeing some news out of Cali that some of the Fire Dept unions have been active in concessions during negotiations (taking on more health care costs, uping retirement contributions and taking pay cuts).

Just wish that would spread to other areas.
