Only other notable thing was the front squats. Im doing them right. And i feel good through like 6 reps. 7-10 are smokers. All out of breath n shit. Thats ok tho. Reckon thats how its supposed to be

Wanted workout to be over by the time i got to the overhead carrys. But kept grinding. All in all. Solid session. I forgot to clock it but it was well over an hour. Warmups take about 10 min

No break. Just havent been posting here. Since last posting its remarkable how little progress i have made. But im still grinding. Since the last post ive gone through another bulk and got fat again. Now cutting again and at 168 this morning. Did supersquats for 6 weeks. I did gain some squat strength. Admittedly i didnt drink the gomad he recommended tho. Want to get big you gotta eat big. But anyways i got up to 196 this time and looked like a tub of goo

Im pretty disappointed in the lack of progress builing lean muscle. Think im going to employ a trainer for advice. Got a friend who is a professional and see what he has to say. Ive always been a diy guy so itll be a new experience for me

Maybe the two are related?
