Septic tanks are the solution. That way we can get rid of those useless government positions like waste water management. Make people responsible for their own waste.

Septic tanks can leak thus polluting the ground water. There are many negative aspects to septic systems although they do have their place. They don’t work in urban situations as they take up too much space and don’t treat a very high flow.
Why would anyone even bother if there were no government regulations? Just dig a deep hole and inject it in the ground.
