I don’t care for his character, only how good his methods were. It seems they were pretty effective in 1928.
BUT this is 100 years later and I’ve went very in-depth into why you cannot rely on his book even in the slightest to explain what’s happening today.
If we’re talking purely about State Propaganda, then it may be useful but I’d have to read it first.
