When I was around 18-20, I had a friend that did tattoos out of his house. We’d get drunk over there, and one of those times this girl I know decided to tattoo a stick figure on her own wrist.
Some other people got really bad tatoos while they were drunk there.
Even sober, the guy was a terrible tattoo artist. He’d spell words wrong and generally make things look ridiculous.
Here’s the offending tattoo.
finding a piece that will cover this one up has been near impossible. I have an Aztec theme running down my left arm, so I want to find something that can fit that theme preferably some sort of totem design, but most everything I come across isn’t detailed enough.

You just have to find an artist that specializes in cover ups. Hell I have had 3 coverups.

I’ve only got one coverup. I had a bulldog on my left shoulder, USMC insignia on my right, but when i get the Koi done on my left, the tail goes around the bulldog, so it looked stupid. Covered it up with a lotus, I’m happy with it.
Do you recall the healing of your coverups, and how bad it smelled, from the old ink coming out?

Never had that problem with my coverups. I have a great guy down in Corpus area that does a lot of coverups.

I’m getting the Anchor that Iron Dwarf made for me done by the end of this year, probably after my baby is born.
Then I’m getting a bull tattoo’d on my back, and a sailor/pinup girl down my right tricep. Then I’m all done.
I have two already, one on each arm. The one on the right arm sucks a bunch and I hate it, will probably get that one fixed, more elaborate at some point as well.
