Yes, at maintenance calories and at a decent bodyfat percentage, say <18 or not in need of losing more than about 5% of your bodyweight. I do think that if you need to lose some bodyfat, some degree of time restricted eating can boost growth hormone, like an 8 hour eating window and most people can recomp on maintenance calories with some time restricted eating because it tends to turn up GH which means less need for cortisol. I also think that getting 10 or so grams of leucine is important and total protein intake can probably even go under 1 gram/pound of bodyweight with 2-3 5 gram leucine doses.
I also think that over the course of a week or two, calories, fat/carb ratio and protein intake can vary from day to day as long as your 1-2 week averages are good and I also think that carb timing may depend on whether you lift in the AM or PM.
