Reducing Estrogen

Hey guys,

Total newb here. Wanted to thank you for keeping such an awesome forum.

I’m still working on setting my diet and my routines first. Once this is down pat, I will be looking into taking supplements.

Already have Flameout, Superfood, REZ-V. All I can say is: glorious.

But my concern comes up with the testosterone-triggering supplements, like REZ-V, Alpha Male, and ZMA. I want to make sure that the estrogen is controlled, and that none of this could be adversely affecting my physiology by releasing more estrogen than I need.

Is this is a concern? Or does Alpha Male and REZ-V already take care of this with its ingredients? is there anything else I should take to reduce the conversion of testosterone to estrogen?

Thanks for your time.

No you should be fine with that combo. Above all your T levels will raise but only to a maximum natural level. You wont go into supermax levels where one you need to really worry about excess estrogen, If Im not mistaken Rez-V would also help this if it be chance were the case.

Resveratrol has been shown to bind to aromatase receptor sites that are responsible for estrogen conversion - but the jury is still out as to how well it does in this capacity. The only real way to know is to have blood work done to have all of your levels checked. You may be trying to fix something that ain’t broke.

Thanks guys. Blood work is the way to go, and I’m not anticipating this to be a problem, but something to fine tune in case it does.
