well your benefits will be basically what you said, stabalizing blood sugar levels. cassia will reduce blood sugar levels while increasing natural production of insulin. Along with that there are some studies showing it reduces LDL and is possibly a brain function booster.

There can be some toxicity issues if you dont get only water soluble extracts (which Receptormax uses) but im really not sure how much cinnamon you would need to take in to start seeing a problem.
