335 is amazing! Any idea what you were at pre-GH? Highest I’ve ever gotten is high 200s but I’m usually right at 200, despite trying those peptides.
On sermorelin and ghrp2 blend at 500 mcg I saw bout 300 once. Most of the time I was around 250. On sermorelin alone I would Be right around 200. Unfortunately I don’t have a baseline of my natural igf1 levels.
Those are great levels, man. Your baseline seems to be a bit above mine – and I’m 28
How’s the GH been? Doctor-prescribed because of your injury or alternative sourcing? I’m tempted to eventually try it. I know a lot of life extension folks are big on ‘microdosing’ GH.
Sourced otherwise. Dr won’t prescribe it unless you have AIDS pretty much and it probably wouldn’t be covered by insurance anyways so you’d be paying like $1k a month. No thanks.
I knew it was tough to get GH through traditional avenues but didn’t realize it was that tough. Ouch! Talk about brutal on the wallet. The guys who complain about “how expensive TRT is” would lose their damn minds.
Up to 186 and probably 17% BF. Fluff mode ![]()
Commencing a needed mini cut. I plan to drop 10 pounds and then reevaluate. When I was super lean last summer, I was in the high 160s. Hopefully won’t have to go that far down this time around.
What’s your back looking like? You definitely put on some size. Congrats!
That’s a good question. I haven’t taken any photos from that angle, unfortunately, but I do feel a little bit wider up top. I’ve put on about 20 lbs. since the summer and am hoping 5-10 of it is muscle. I guess I’ll find out once this fat comes off!
There’s a petition going viral asking for back pics. It’s at 200k in the first 5 mins. Doooo it Doooo it!

Yeah a good back is a real game changer… that and some nice capped off delts!
Here we go – I covered up some personal tats on my back.
May 2019:

This AM (no food or pump, so arms looking very deflated, lol):

Might be stretching but I think the V-taper has gotten slightly more pronounced.
The delts are something I never paid attention to as a young lifter but have recently realized make such a huge difference. A guy with capped delts vs. the same guy without good delts look totally different – the former way more impressive!
I don’t know anything about body building but the muscle on the back of your arms look pretty cool. Triceps I guess?
Yep, that would be the triceps. I don’t have great ones but they’ve always been pretty defined for some reason. I’ve been digging the exercises Israetel uses for that body part, especially the JM press. Even his tutorial videos have been a huge help – I was doing a lot of movements wrong for years.
You look pretty decent through the lats but could use some trap and delt work. Would definitely bump you up a few levels
Edit*. And by sevens I mean better than 95%. Of other guys. Looking great man. Just a little constructive criticism
Back is looking nice and V shaped for sure @bkb333, nice work! Does your new program have a wide range of exercises to really hit the back?
How are things feeling/going now that you’ve been on daily dosing for a while now?
I’m at day 64 right now. Things are different that EOD for sure, not worse, but different. I don’t feel the test buzz line I used to. My energy isn’t as abundant either, but again… Not worse, just not as intense. Performance in the bedroom has improved though, which is all I ever wanted from TRT, so that’s a win. TMI - I had sex two times in a row last night… Busted a nut and put it right back in. It’s been a really long time since I’ve done that.
I’m thinking these differences must have to do with peak levels being lower and more consistent. I’m doing some light bloods Monday to see where my levels are.
Hope you are feeling well and crushing your workouts!
I remember well the days where TRT was new and exciting. I’d make little tweaks here and there. It was fun to an extent but I also enjoy being dialed in and not having to give any thought to it. Getting your libido back is amazing though!
You’re definitely right. I don’t have that yoke look, which makes guys look so much more imposing and just masculine overall. What do you think – shrugs, deadlifts, upright rows, and lat raises? Those are the relevant movements Israetel has built into his programming. I’m doing the chest/back focused program, so that should help, but I don’t do any direct neck training, for which I know Jeff Nippard is a big advocate.
Thanks for the encouraging words, I appreciate it.
I’ve actually been in on TRT for 2+ years, but have recently moved to every day injections to try to dial it in a bit more.
I was on an EOD schedule for over a year and felt decent, but things were still lacking and I wanted those rebar boners @dextermorgan has reported as a result of his daily protocol.
I just want to see where my numbers are now opposed to EOD.
