5 months now since surgery.
Continuing with straight line work and gym strength sessions.
Should be good to commence more lateral side to side running etc in a months time.
More balance, jumping work to help increase knee stability. Still some shaking/side movement slight, once fatigue hits the knee.
All positive.
Physio really happy with my continued efforts in the gym and rehab work.
