Where in Canada ?
Close to the border? - ship to a receiver, bring it across yourself.
If you really want - Throw away all receipts and packaging, make it look like you went down there to compete in some kind of sport. You’re just some nut who likes to bring a gym bag of supplements around with him. For added credibility leave it on the passenger seat right beside you in plain sight.
1-1,5 grams upon awakening with a cup of (strong) green tea, and an hour later I eat breakfast.
Sometimes I do the same 40-50’ before I start lifting.
I use it 2 weeks straight, stop for 1-1,5 weeks, then use it for another 2 weeks.

are you guys taking intentionally to curb appetite or is that a side effect of taking for another reason?

Any experience with this keeping you up? If I train @ 3 or 3:30 and sleep at 8 or so, do you think it would give me any trouble?

are you guys taking intentionally to curb appetite or is that a side effect of taking for another reason?
Well, both…
I have to drive 40’ to work everyday, and don’t really have time to eat upon awakening.
(don’t like to eat when I’m in a hurry)
So I need something to keep me focused, awake, and not hungry while I drive.
And I don’t rush into eating when i arrive at work.
It usually takes some time to settle down, relax, and unpack my tupperware.
Tried alot of supps (yohimbine, caffeine pills, theobromine, chocomine, several nootropics from BBB’s posts) but the green tea (or plain coffee) plus tyrosine combo is the best, and fairly cheap.
I don’t use it very often before workouts.
But if I do, I make sure to take some magnesium or/and garlic extract post-WO to relax.
Anyway, I’d rate L-tyrosine with 10/10.
PS: And when I say ‘driving to work’, I mean 40-50’ of driving at high speed on the interstate.
