You look great as is but for bodybuilding you lack presence, your back is small and shoulders narrow. Not trying to be negative just pointing out observations bro!
That back photo is kinda old. And i can make my shoulders a lot bigger… il try do that. ![]()
You are lean, but I would second the small shoulders and nearly nondeveloped back are the main issues other than the legs. I would focus on back and legs.
Can anybody help me. it may sound ridiculous but i have problems hiting mid.back hard.
I can feel back only if i do ‘‘lateral pull-downs’’ behind the back with max weight and ‘‘pull ups’’. anyone can suggest something ?

You are probably using too much weight. I see people all the time using terrible form on back and using more weight than me when I absolutely dwarf them. And then they wonder why they don’t grow…

You look shreaded. What is your diet like?
I eat dry curd 2x(2x200g) times a day(MORNING and JUST RIGHT BEFORE SLEEP). Thats my main protein source. 1-2 times a day i eat oats or other porridge. In other meals i eat what i can get
sometimes meat with Macaroni,rice,potato or buckwheat.
Drinking lot of milk. I was using protein poweder but did not see any results.
Im looking like this all year… I dont get fat bcz my workout is kinda insane( 30+ sets).
Im confused because nobody usually ask my diet ![]()
