Rate My Gains + Bodyfat %. First Cycle Question

this was an actual scientific study in a journal, or do you mean just an observation by a coach or something? ‘better looking abs’ seems very difficult to quantify. But that being said, I believe that. Some people can get to a pretty low bodyfat percentage with well defined abs, but fat is still present on the legs. Some people are the opposite, where the abs are the last place they store fat, but their quads look amazing. So that particular observation doesn’t surprise me.

I like this. I have veins in some areas like on my lats, abs and quads that really come out when I get sufficiently lean. Although vascularity can also be dependent on other factors like hydration level. When I do water cuts for competitions, and I drop 15-20 lbs of water in a day, my legs look like spider webs, lol. Veins everywhere. When I bloat myself after, they mostly go away, but I haven’t changed how lean I am at any point during that process.

It was an actual study that i read a few years ago about bodyfat distribution in the human body. I remember it also said some people store more fat under the skin and others store more fat internally around their organs which is why some people have it easier to have visible abs although they can have higher bodyfat values than others. My wording wasn’t the best, obviously, bc “better looking abs” is probably dependent on the viewer and there are more variables such as symmetry or vascularity as you said etc.

So true. I’ve noticed the day after hard partying and dehydration my veins are popping out much more. And when I eat lots of sugar next day after partying before the workout it’s even more intense. Dehydration+carbs pump :laughing::muscle:

Is anyone slipping some Tren in your cereal? Wasn’t going to comment because I had nothing constructive to add but god damn, if you’re actually natural you must be top 1% in the world in terms of genetics. I say fuck the cycle, stay natty and become the best natty there is lol.
Also a huge portion of modern bodybuilding is how your body reacts to drugs, and genetics go out the window IMO so why not just stay natty and don’t risk fucking up your (I assume) naturally high testosterone levels, no matter what people say your testosterone never fully recovers after your first cycle.
