
I started dead lifting on January thirtieth of 2007 so I am approaching a year of dl experience. I must say it quickly became my favorite movement and now I don’t really care about anything else other than squats. I’m finally starting to get some money flowing in so hopefully I’ll be able to start eating bigger and getting closer to my over all goals.
I know my back isn’t very wide or impressive but I’m proud of it and the progress it has made. It’s like my little baby starting to grow up lol. I’ve really neglected my lats, though. When I get back in town from Christmas vacation I’m gonna start ramping up the lat movements and also do a vdiet or something like that so I can actually see what my body looks like under all the fat ![]()
PS- yes, I fucked with the color on the picture. Either I or my camera are too retarded to take a picture where anything is visible. This is me at 5’10 and probably 210 with an estimated 17% bf, yikes. Oh yeah, don’t mind the wallpaper.
