I have been on a thermogenic which has 275gm caffeine and a bunch of other things. It’s good, strong and worked. Now it’s over and I can’t get anymore (customs). However, I now have the EC stack. Should I still ramp up to the full dose or still start at a half dose?
I am starting on RFL (have done it before w/o EC) and the rest of the plan is set.
Thanks in advance.
It’s up to you, but to be on the safe side start with half. Better to test your tolerance since there’s no way to know how you’ll react beforehand.
Just reporting back. Today I took 16mg (HCL + 100mg Caff. Almost no ‘feeling’ of any kind except a mild appetite suppression.
So, 3 hours later I took the full dose (24mg E + 200mg C). WOW, I was like an over excited dog. My walking pace quickened and when I sat down for lunch I couldn’t stop from looking around every 2 seconds (usually when its time to eat I chow down with laser focus).
Felt great otherwise, no palpitations, anxiety etc.
I’ve read through most of the threads so figured I’d join in. I’m on day 2 and a category 3. Tracking my foods and I’m a little surprised at how the “incidental” carbs and fats add up. Do you guys track this and make sure that you’re following exactly all the time?

Yes.
Otherwise how can you tell what you fucked up if you don’t get the results you wanted?

It’s a short learning curve; once you’ve tracked it all for a few weeks, you’ll be able to “eye” common serving sizes and have a good handle on the macros and it’ll stay that way for the rest of your life

For a Cat.1 dieter Lyle recommends following the UD2 guidelines for the 2 day carb up. What are these guidelines?
Those were the guidelines from the actual UD 2.0 book, I notice he uses slightly different numbers in his RFL handbook. Pick a number and see what happens. Then adjust for the following refeed.

Yeah, when looking back I saw that he sets it up a bit differently. Totals are still pretty close though.

How long have you been on the diet? Are you finding it hard?

I am on day 10 and honestly it has been a breeze. I have not had any headaches, hunger pains, etc. I lift every other day and walk my dog 4 miles a day.
I have worried that perhaps I calculated something wrong but, after double/triple checking I have not.
I am taking HOT-ROX so, I guess I respond great to it.
