Great Back Workout today, definitely felt a substantial strength increase as well as stamina.

Wide Grip Pull Ups (bodyweight)

*This is a MAJOR improvement over my typical 3 sets of 6-8.

Hyper Extensions

Sweating like crazy, head pounding and massively dehydrated, plus cardio wise I felt like a 400lb man in a triathlon, so by all accounts Tren is working now.

Also noticing that next day brings absolutely Zero soreness. Is this just a product of fast recovery from Test/Tren combo?

Oh, I also found that machine cardio (treadmill, bike) was not so terrible, but running was absolute hellish misery. Have fun if you are intending to incorporate the latter into your program :wink:

Staying with the 80mg/ED. It’s coming along nicely not too many sides to speak of.

Any advice for taking AAS on a cruise ship??

never taken it in a cruise ship nso no help there

I think your tren may be underdosed,but yes 40mg ed is eaiser to handle than 80mg eod usually anyways.

and on a side note I have to thank you.
you mentioned you left your stuff heating up too long one day and it went in great.
well I started a cycle to finish off my prop before I wasted it,and I left my vial under straight hot running tap water for a long ass time.
the oil was as hot as straight hot tap water.

usually if i do 2ml I have to split it up into 2 spots cause 2ml is painful
this is same gear and i am slamming 2ml into my tris no problem at all.

but cause of the heat I do bleed alot more
guessing closer to body temp(around 100) is best for comfort.

Aha… See the tricks of the trade are reciprocal! Glad that worked out for ya. I still heat everything up good, I’ve been very fortunate not to bleed this whole cycle thus far. I pull with 1" 23g and shoot with 3/4" 27g’s though. I guess you could say since I tried the little pins, why bother going back??

5-7 minute break… had to say ciao to the lady friend.
Set 3 26 reps (my punishment for waiting so long)

At this time my shoulders were bulging and traps aching, so I called it a day, hit the treadmill for a whapping 15 minutes and went home.

Ok, the cruise was fine… No problems at all!

The Tren on the other hand I feel is under dosed. I am seeing a nice change in my body, leaner, harder, and definitely more cut. But strength is about the same, I tire very quickly and my muscles HURT! when I am lifting.

For instance when doing my arms, biceps will feel like they are so hot they are cold and they just kind of give up after what I consider normal range of weight and reps. This has never happened before… Hmmm

On a lighter note I am tan as hell now! And I met some great foreign lady friends on the cruise.

I have never used tren, but by all accounts strength goes up to almost superhuman levels. Hopefully it’ll kick in and give you that mule kick power increase. You have already overcome obstacles that have fallen in your path (painful gear - swollen triceps, etc.). I have no doubt you’ll maneuver around this latest setback.

well i’ll need to get more Tren pronto…

Funny story I always aspirate never any blood, today BOTH injections had blood in the syringe, so I had to move around a little. Seems like I tend to bleed a bit more if I heat the gear up too hot, anyone else experience this?

Slow and controlled, good stretch hold contraction, I forgot my chalk so I was slipping all over the damn place.

Got really winded, had to sit my cup down for about 5-7 minutes

My new pic in profile shows a dramatic difference in my core, all of this ab shit is really helping. Thanks to my bud Mark in the gym he has helped me tremendously in that department. I used to loathe abs, and now that I am starting to see them, and the reaction that get from certain heinas well I likey!

God Food Shake to end it all…
2 cups whole milk
4 raw eggs whole
2 scoops mint chocolate whey
1 banana
4 tbs peanut butter
1/4 cup coffee grounds
2 cups crushed ice
crush it in the blender… aww a little piece of heaven!

I have 2 of these a day one for breakfast one post workout.

just as a note I have been putting back about 1 - 1.5 quarts of 2% cottage cheese everyday mixed with fresh pineapple one of the few fruits I am not allergic to. I can’t seem to get enough of that stuff, and it’s cheap! Win Win.

Still getting pillows soaking wet every night but honestly (this is nasty) but I think I am drooling like a fucking bulldog or something, I don’t think it’s sweat because it’s only on the pillow??? Weird shit. Never done that before, luckily there is no lady in my bed right now. I’d blame it on her though if there were.
