Randizo's New Cycle

Well… tren is good for strength. That is enough explanation there i believe!

You have reduced calories… true… but is volume the same or is it possibly less?
Also your measurement is while flexing (and pumped i imagine…), and we know that higher reps pump one up shockingly well, and it makes sense that you are gaining size from this type of training as a change from regular habits.

Not to mention a change in stimulus as well as the type of training being conductive to “pumped up” physiques (see the age old debate betwen low rep and high rep guys and the physique changes that follow - ie. higher rep guys look great after a pump and lower rep guys look solid all the time…)

You have changed your workouts drastically and that is likely another reason for the results.

You are on high protein i assume, and using test and the highly highly anabolic tren too.

You are cutting successfully basically IMO, and it IS possible (and ideal obviously) to gain while cutting sometimes. Many BB’s diet into a show… maybe you are like that too.

What do you think?!

Sounds as good as any explanation I have heard.
It’s true that changing the stimulated muscles does increase size/strength over time. And I’ll be the first to say that my post workout physique is far superior to my pre. I get a very hard, sweaty kind aof jacked look. It’s awesome!

But it does slowly dissipate as the day goes on. Also I feel the incorporating of new fibers has to be accounted for somewhere in there, because of sleeping dormant in there, this HIIT shit really woke them up, and the underbelly’s of the muscles seem to be swollen too, almost like a very deep burn when lifting HIIT. One that feels very cold and almost crippling.

IE: I had never experienced a Peck Cramp until this method, and by bringing weight down I have significantly improved my form on everything making me focus more on the muscle at hand. And maybe that is creating new strength and size???

I guess it’s a bunch of different things all working together.

Good stuff, wouldn;t trade it for anythig.

I think an old man must have walked up to me put his hand on my face and said “Thhhhhinnnnnner” 211 lbs today down from 238 3 months ago. … Ate junk all day to see if it would help… it did just the opposite. Seriously… I do not want to lose anymore.

I practically disappear when I turn sideways now. Less the pecs.

I am going to dial in my diet and protein intake like I want to gain and see if that helps… Costco here I come baby.

You will likely start growing again as you get off the tren and your appetite returns. The trick will be to remain lean.

Well Friday was no different I dropped to 209 and 3/4lbs. Wow, tape worm?? And I ate like a horse approx 6000 calories. Even dirtied it up a bit to see if would throw a pound on or maintain.

My workout partner seems to think that my body is just in the zone and at fat burning peak. Which may be correct, because I am finding that I can eat anything and still no weight gain, and belly stays flat.

Guess I will keep an eye on it. If it gets too bad then I might need to do something abbout it. I hit the grocery store and got a lot of high protein foods, as well as some good fat foods. Only time will tell, if I maintain or whither away.

I’ll keep you posted.

Let day went great, I didn’t set any records but felt good with 285 for 10 ass to grass squats. A bit of booze to finish the evening, and I’m up at 8am with no hangover.

Until next time…

I bet you would be very surprised if you actually sat and kept an accurate log of your caloric daily intake.
‘In my experience’ it is not possible for you to lose weight on 6000kcals a day at your build. Not without T3 or some such stimulants.

Many many guys say they eat 5,6,7000kcal daily - and they truly believe it to be true, as they are estimating the numbers. Badly.

I 100% agree with this. I log my food intake everyday, when i read about guys takin in 6K Kcal i almost start to laugh because I know how off 90% of them are. (That is not to say I am saying this is true of you)
if you did a mere 40/40/20 thats 535g protein that means that 10times a day you are eating over 50grams protein and 50grams carb which i know most people just dont do.

Great read keep it up randizo

Hey all, I just follow the diet that I wrote out for myself back when I was doing my first gaining cycle on a gram of test a week. It was 7800 Cals and I just keep leaving out a few things here and there. That 6K calories was just one day! My appetite from the Tren is very weak. I had to force it down there.

I am watching what I eat for now and just trying not to lose anymore. I will try and bulk back up again in the months to come. But I love this leanness it’s just a bit more weight loss than I was expecting, but again… Strength is up! So, I guess my concern is that with even 6000 calories in a day that I still lost 2lbs that day. it was more of a test really.

Another realization this weekend is when I am with my g/f just hanging or whatever, my diet is compromised. As in I never eat enough, because I am not hungry. If I stay at home I will force myself to eat, but I would eat all of her groceries if I ate there. Maybe I’ll bring my own next time.

Awww Good times.
Recent major spike in cardiovascular activity!

Turd Furguson… ha ha it’s funny

Hey all, I missed Mon & Tues @ Gym, my g/f’s grandfather passed away and have been helping with errands and funeral arrangements. So I just wanted to chime in and tell everyone thanks for their help and Happy Thanksgiving.

Sorry to hear about the passing. This is the type of occurance that solidifies a relationship.

Thanks for sharing all your good natured reflections over the past weeks.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too bud…

Well don’t want to kill the thread here guys.

I am 2 weeks off of juice now everything is going great. I have continued to increase strength (slowly but surely), I also continue to drop water weight and lean up. I am about 205lbs now which is 33lbs down from my heaviest. So, it’s safe for me to say that Tren is an excellent cutting agent for my body type.

Here is a pic from Yesterday… Still lean but nice separation starting in shoulders etc…
