Breakfast: 4 eggs, 1 slice of bacon, some milk with me coffee, and 2 large kodiak pancakes with homemade whip cream(and dark chocolate chips)

Lunch: nothing.

Dinner: over a pound of steak, wedge salad with bacon, boiled eggs and homemade ranch (homemade ranch was shockingly easy to make, way healthier, and just as tasty)

Dessert: oatmeal with whey and strawberries.

exercise:

6 mile run (70mins at 150 avg hr)This sucked. I was so sleepy, hot, and my feet hurt. I wanted to quit, but then i was like, ā€œstop being a whiny little bitch about being slightly uncomfortable for a bit over an hour.ā€ And then i didnt quit and finished the run. I think i could be the next david goggins.

Breakfast: 4 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 2 english muffs with butter

Lunch: 4 italian sausages, 2 scoops of protein

Dinner: Bunch o pork and lettuce wraps, homemade bread with butter

Dessert: berries with cream and this yogurt stuff.

Exercise:

Bench 5x4 @ 225

Front squat 3x3 @ 225

Skullcrushers 2x 8 @ 75 (easy)

Curls 2x8 @ 75, 1x23 @ 45

Next week I will see about getting a 1rm (or 3 rm) on front squat to recalibrate the max I’m using for the next cycle.

Breakfast: 4 eggs, some steak, 1 english muffin with butter

Lunch: stew (1lbs beef, couple potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic etc.)

Dinner: goat curry, butter chicken, rice, naan

Exercise:

3 mile jog (33 min 138 avg hr)

Been quite sore and tired lately. Ima try to eat slightly more during the week. BW has been stead at 204 for a while and I have been ravenous lately. Maybe I’m a high-powered athlete who needs fuel, or maybe im just justifying being a fat piggy (oink oink)

Super busy today with work events and esl teaching. Also was lazy and didnt get up early enough to get a long training sesh in.

Breakfast: yogurt and an english muffin (Also too many pastries from this stupid work event)

Lunch: beef stew

Dinner: Airfried pork chunks with sauteed veggies.

Exercise:

1 mile run

Bench: lots of warmup sets and an easy single at 275. I wanted to do more but I ran out of time and my damn cat kept jumping on me mid rep (see below)

Preacher curls 2x12 @ 20lbs

Pushups: 100 reps in 3 sets

So damn busy. I was tired from work and teaching and overslept this morning so I didn’t get my run in before work. Had to do it at like 9:30pm.

Breakfast: nothing

Lunch: beef stew, cheese and crackers

Dinner: pasta withe beef and mushroom sauce. Also a big glass of tea with way too much honey

exercise:

3 mile jog (32 mins 140 avg hr)

Also a bunch of bw split squats

Breakfast: 2 english muffins with penut butter and jelly

Lunch: burger, fries, sweet tea

Dinner: 2 airfried chicken breasts, 1grassfed beef patty, 1 egg, some cheese

Dessert: Orange lassi (1 cup greek yogurt mixed with 0.25 cups of orange juice)

Exercise:

7 mile jog(84mins, 153 avg hr)

Run felt great. My feet have been bothering me, but this run seemed to cure all my soreness. My heartrate was higher than normal; i attribute that to the awful sleep quality ive had for the past fee days.

Good workout in an ass day. Bunch of aunt and uncle drama making me angry. At least it didnt start till after my lift lol

Dinner: rice and ground beef bowls.

Dessert: orange lassi

exercise:

  • was gonna do a heavy single on front squats. Worked up to 295, and definitely could do more but was mentally soft.
  • Punished myself with a 20 repper at 225. Some of them werent to depth, but it was more about the suffering than the technique. The worst part was I probably could have done 30 reps. Gotta stop being a baby on this lift.

Breakfast: 4 eggs, yogurt with honey, english muffin with jam

Lunch: 2 beef patties, 1 banana

Dinner: 4 sausages, 2 pitas, like 30 shrimp.

Dessert: 6 dates, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 2 squares of dark chocolate, 4 slices of bacon.

i was ravenous today.

Went to bed at 11:30, cat woke me up at 4. Full day of lifting, work, and esl class. I got through it despite my iq feeling like it was hovering around 40

Breakfast: yogurt, orange juice, 4 eggs, 100g egg whites, 6 breakfast chicken sausages

Lunch: 2 beef patties, cottage cheese with jam

Dinner: big sandwich with bacon, ham, turkey, tomato, lettuc, avocado, plus 3 scoops of protein

Today was rough. I was in bed from 9:30pm to 5:30 am, but when my alarm went off I could barely force myself up to get my workout in before work. Felt groggy as shit until like 2pm. Idk what happened. My right ankle is extremely painful.

My half is in early May. I think if I take a mini running deload this week my ankle will be fine and wont become an actual problem.

I think I might need to just maintain on my front squat for a few weeks; at l least until my body is comfortable with the running mileage. Im like 90% sure that soreness from front squatting is fucking up how I run.

Lied about the running deload. My ankle was fine today. I think getting 4 hours of sleep on saturday night plus the time change hit me a lot harder than I realized.

It has been like 80 degrees for the past few days so I have gotten a ton of time in the sun doing yardwork and whatnot. Getting tons of sun exposure always seems to sooth those nagging aches and pains. Probably a mental thing. Idk.

Dinner: shepards pie with eggplant. A few glasses of v8 juice.

Dessert: 1.5 scoops of protein

It’s back to being freezing cold. I love SC weather. 85 degrees one day then down, mid 30s the next.

On the 12th of march i slammed an espresso at like 3 pm (was slaughtering spreadsheets) so I slept like shit. Tight chest and grogginess all day.

BW still hovering at 205.

Breakfast: 6 eggs, bagel with jam

Lunch: 20 shrimp, rice, curried chickpeas

Dinner: spgahetti with meat sauce, bread with grassfed butter

Snack: 2 cheese sticks, glass of tea with honey

exercise:

1.5 mile jog

1 hour of tennis
