60 lbs single pulley machine 2 x 15 each side
I’m finding that I have to keep my offshore workouts to 45-minutes to an hour or else I can’t sleep enough to recover. I end up working somewhere around a 14 hr day and between calling home to say goodnight to the kiddos, calling after workout to say goodnight to wife, and basic personal hygiene so that I don’t have a stank ass or green teeth, I’ve got to hustle and I’ve got to be efficient.

Standing Military Press 8x3 175 (70%) 4 sets half a thumb out from smooth 4 sets pinkies on rings
Bench 9x3 185 (50%) 3 sets index finger on ring, 3 sets pinkies on ring, 3 sets index finger almost on smooth.
Dumbbell rows 3 x 15 each 100 lbs
Standing crunches 1 x 50 60lbs on single pulley 1 x 15 120 lbs
Workout time ~45 minutes
Bodyweight 362 lbs (offshore gym scale)
Military presses went good. Little slow out of the bottom on the last two sets of wider grip, but still good. Could hear the bushings ring at the top. Need to spend some time rolling out left bicep and shoulder… feels like a cart coming off the rail in there. Not painful, but not pleasant either.
Decided to forego triceps work tonight due to time. Not optimal, but my back probably needed the reps more than my triceps.

Skwats! Skwats! Skwats!
10x2 275 EMOM- These sucked. It’s been a while since I’ve actually done a true DE lower body workout and I could tell. Somewhere around the 6th or 7th set I started hearing the carol of the bushings letting me know that it was going in the right direction.
10x1 EMOM 385 DL (Alternate Conventional and Sumo)- Conventional felt good. Sumo, like always, felt like sumo (slow and weak).
3x20 Kettlebell swings- almost puked back up the Mexican casserole the women in the galley made with care on second and third set.
Ab work- Standing crunches using green band as resistance… done for feel. I did them til I didn’t feel like it anymore… probably between 30 and 50 reps.
Workout time ~45 minutes
Calves cramping like crazy.

I’ve been slacking on logs. But I hit a 255 lb military press today, so I don’t feel too bad. Actually I felt like screaming “YEAH! YEAH! YOU MUTHAFUCKIN RIGHT!”, but figured that wouldn’t go over well in a commercial gym.
