I would also say Jane’s Addiction for original rock.
but rem, god those guys got so removed from the world.
U2 is like the rollingstones, everybody and their mother seems to like them, even teachers, and grandparents. Nothing ever moved me.
The fact that they are so over played makes me sick of the to.
Neither REM or U2 are rock.
REM are indie-pop and U2 although a very refreshing and original band are pop-rock at best.
