Not sure I understand what you’re saying. Can you clarify?
There’s folks on TRT at 200mg or less with higher levels than that. What exactly did you expect taking 400mg a week to do? Not doing a cycle is probably in your best interest if you weren’t aware of that beforehand. Your levels would need to be a bit higher to see extremely noticeable results if you’re doing a cycle. They likely would be if you gave it enough time.
I’m guessing your test was way under dosed if you only hit 1400ng on 400mg weekly
Your test probably should have been close to double that. On 500mg/week I was at 4100.

I hit >1500 on 6 pumps of 1% Androgel my first go around with TRT. WHo knows how high it actually was. And that was supposedly a therapeutic dose :^ /
