new to testosterone supplementation, when using Alpha Male does it work better for gains, or for cutting, with the Carbolin 19 it sounds more like a cutting agent, but as far as i knew testosterone was utilized for mass and strength…also the thought of kicking ass all day sounds good to me…being 24 coming up on 25 would a testosterone aid be wasted or would it be a good choice to add to my current stack
fish oils w/meals
creatine morning/pwo
Surge during/pwo
zma 2 hrs before bed
Metabolic Drive right before bed
ill take any info on what i might add to my stack for achieving overall muscular vascuity, and health
thanks
Just to be clear, Alpha Male is a “testosterone inducer”, not a “supplement”. That is to say, it coaxes your system into making more of it’s own goods… as opposed to “adding testosterone”.
Alpha Male has some Carbolin 19 in it - AFAIK it’s an AI / anti-estrogen.
I’m sure others will pop in with opinion, but I’d suggest taking a look at the ingredients and hitting Google/Wikipedia for info as there is some good stuff to be found. One critical point to consider when looking at supplements with these (common) ingredients is to observe the concentration of the ingredient and the amount each dose contains. Alpha Male seems to be near the head of the class.
Tribulus and Tongkat ali have proven track records, but it’s all in the concentration!
The ingredients are adaptogenic, so perhaps those that use it could post up their on/off cycles. I don’t use the brand myself, but use the same ingredients, and I have cycled 5 on and 3 off, but am starting a 15 on and 4 off to see how I respond.
Alpha Male would be good for cutting OR bulking, but some people have reported better response to the max dose of TRIBEX and others will respond to Alpha Male (sometimes max dose required, but we’re all different). I would experiment for 4-8 weeks, honestly, before considering a switch to TRIBEX.
Alpha Male has not only a strong dose of tribulas it contain three other Testosterone and muscle building ingredients. Tribex Gold can be great for a nice boost in your T production but Alpha Male is the Top Dog, the Alpha Male, when it comes to helping a hard training individual throw some mass on their ass.
thanks “dedicated” appreciate the info, now im questioning myself tho, im reading all sorts of info on BCAA’s and the huge benefits of taking them along with my other nutritional supplements…im in a cross roads on which product i should add right now. should i add the bcaa’s now, and when i do start my cut order the Alpha Male beforehand along with HOT-ROX extreme, or should i just stick with one or the other when cutting, the thread ive been reading say to not take Alpha Male with HOT-ROX…i sound like a damn newbie lol…

If money isn’t an issue and nutrition and training are on the mark nothing wrong with covering all bases IMO. That being said and for the sake of stretching out your funds I would say use HOT-ROX Extreme and BCAA’s for your cutting cycle. If you can afford the TRIBEX Gold at 19.99 a bottle it would be nice to throw it in at this time. You shouldn’t use Alpha Male and HOT-ROX Extreme together as you would be getting to high a dose of Carbolin 19 which both contain.
Down the road when you are ready to hit the dinner plate and the weights hard and heavy hit up Alpha Male for your mass gaining phase. BCAA’s are amino acids that you get from eating protein. They are excellent to add on top of what you eat for aiding protein synthesis and growth in a mass phase or retaining muscle in a calorie deficit. I use them all the time cutting, gaining, maintaining. However, if you can’t budget them in just make sure you are getting plenty from the food you eat PROTEIN!!!

Can Alpha Male mess up your natural T production? Can anyone take it regardless of age or should you be over a certain age to take it?[/quote]
Alpha Male should only be used by those that are at least 18 years of age.
I am cutting and I have been taking it since dec 29th. I was skeptical about it at first because of the price. I will wait until i finish the bottle before i say much. But in the last 2 weeks i have gained muscle and lost fat. I measure again tomorrow.
If the same thing happens with tomorrows measurements i am ordering another bottle to see if its a fluke or something. I haven’t changed my diet at all in 6 weeks. The only addition was Alpha Male. We shall see.
I noticed nice gains with TRIBEX Gold. I have a bottle of Alpha Male right now, but i’m going to wait until I finish my 2 tubs of Surge (trying out the double dose thing).
