What’s your lifting experience? On / off for several years. Serious a few years ago while contracting. At one point, dead-lifted 415. Never could get bench where i wanted. .

What’s your current height/weight? Age? 52 years old. 5’ 4”. Approx 190’ish right now (will have to confirm).

What are your goals? Drop weight to 175 - 180 then put on quality lean muscle mass up to around 200 + with obvious size increases… chest, arms, lats along with defined abs… will work legs too, dont worry. Lol.

How many weeks in are you? Have not started anything yet aside from my current TRT, but as I’m learning, apparently I’m “cruising” at 200 mg week. Been on T for several years now. Got to figure out if my Doc will prescribe the Deca for me, or, where to get.

How long are you planning your cycle to be? Again, from learning, I was planning on a short cycle, but I’m not 100% sure how short “short” should be to accomplish what I want, or if I need to consider additional cycles after the first.

What are you planning to do at the end of your cycle (post cycle therapy? Blast and cruise? If I’m thinking correctly, I will go back to “cruising”??? And of course PCT and continue with the gym to try to maintain as much as possible.
In regards to the Peptides category tag, starting Reta to accomplish initial weight loss along with SS-31 and progress to CJC 1295 / Ipamorelin blend with MOTS-C.
