Q: am i overtraining? ive been reading about overtraining lately. i dont really know if my lifts are going up or down or anything because im not really consitent with them. im sleeping and eating and doing things like normal except that sometimes i get kinda tired.

This is a fantastic idea. I think that when people submit a picture with any of certain subjects or taglines, 8 responses could be automatically generated without doing anything.

List of potential subjects:

  • getting back to the gym
  • anything with “flame on”
  • criticism appreciated
  • looking to get back in the game
  • my pics
  • need motivation
  • I’m a fat fuck/bastard/man
  • need to lose a few lbs
  • my first post (be kind!!! :slight_smile: )
  • need some SERIOUS advice
  • anything with “newbie”
  • should I bulk/cut?
  • what do you think?

You know, I just read what I typed and I’m thinking I should shut up and stop reading the Photos forum.
