Bought a new bed a little over a month ago. Wife loves it, but itās too damn soft for me and my back has been getting progressively worse every day. Barely got out of bed and got my shoes on this morning. Just rode the Air Assault bike for 30 mintues. New mattress will be ordered today.

The back is starting to improve. I did work out last week, but it was minimal. Going to take it easy again this week, and reassess. I started the Mediterranean diet yesterday. My cholesterol has been high for a while and the doc wants me on statins, but I refuse. Hopefully this helps. If nothing else, it should keep me from ordering Chinese food twice a week.
