Went and shot baskets last night. No running, some occasional light jogging to fetch the ball. My heart rate would shoot up to 180, drop to 70, back to 150, down to 80. It was kind of independent of effort. I was great for 3 months after I had the ablation for the Afib, but since I got the Covid things are shitty again.
