PWO Carbs with Candida

Post workout (especially post-cardio), I understand the importance of replenishing energy with fast-acting carbs. The problem is though, I’ve recently been seeking help with an intestinal yeast-overgrowth, and the standard dietary recommendations are to avoid all sugary carbs. What can I do post-workout for carbs, and will this lack of high-GI carbs adversely affect my training/recovery? I’ve been using ultra fine oats as a carb source for the last couple of days, FWIW.

Anyone able to offer any help/advice?
