Now that Surge Workout Fuel is back, I’ve already placed an order for 2 along with 2 things of Superfood based on its reviews. For someone thats just trying to flat out gain mass with muscle (like myself) what else would you guys recommend buying? I just recently got my Surge recovery and Z12 sleep pills today. Right now im doing Nate Green’s built for show program and im progressing nicely but I would like to know from the expert’s perspective as far as what supplements is recommended. Im also considering the FINiBARs as I heard those give good energy.
Let me know your thoughts.
Not to be a dick, but food will help you gain mass.
I could live on Metabolic Drive (I use the low carb, and toss it in with oatmeal and PB). Add some Flameouts and you’ve got the basics (besides creatine, which I don’t usually use).
Obviously you could go the more advanced route, start popping BCAAs, or even Anaconda while training and the whole peri-workout approach if you really wanna take the plunge,… but the basics certainly got me pretty far before the boys at Biotest pushed the envelop further.

What exactly does Flameout do? I’ve taken some before but I never understood the purpose.

It helps with inflammation, and just generally it’s good to be taking fish oil. Better insulin sensitivity and various health benefits.
