24/7 weight training, no sleep is the only way to greatness.[/quote]
So true. Your body adapts to the stimuli with which it is presented. If you are fucking sleeping, your body is just going to get good at sleeping. Is that what you want? You’re in a fight or going for a one rep max and your body is all about sleeping? Furthermore, don’t warm up. If you use warm up weights you’re simply teaching your body to adapt to lifting light. That’s not what you want obviously. You want to teach your body to lift heavy weights, all the time. To get the most adaptation to lifting crazy heavy weight you need to only lift crazy heavy all the time and do nothing else.

You know… this got me thinking…
24 hour density training. How many reps with X weight can you do in a 24 hour period. Every day increase the reps or the weight.

Recoome with a haircut!
I was recently in Miami for a week for my cousins wedding. I was the best man and the maid of honor was a tiny little girl. She weighed all of 90ish lbs probably. Her quote I must share, “I was not aware they grew humans this big.”

To which I responded, “I am not human.”

This is quite probably the best thing I’ve ever read on this site.
