Pulmonary Oil Microembolism After Injection

Hi all,

Do any of you ever get a tightness in your throat that makes you cough and feel slightly dizzy sometimes after your shot?

I did some research and it sounds like pulmonary oil microembolism (POME). Anyone else ever get these symptoms? I have mentioned it to my doctor and he hasn’t really responded to it so either he’s not listening, or it’s simply not an issue worth discussing.

It goes away after about 3-5 minutes and doesn’t happen every time. Happens with a small .15ml shot of Propionate.

Thanks

IM or Subq? Injection site? You may be injecting into a venous site or you’re hyperventilating but this is not common. It happens with Tren, so perhaps you’re getting a similar response

First time i had this from IM quad or shoulders. Then i switched to subq 20mg ed 1 year it was all good and now its happend again from Subq. I dont really know why this happen

It may just be anxiety….

no its not, couse i never scared of injections. and i feel everytime cough and its only happend sometimes when this POME is coming

I would try a different ester to rule out the Prop

Bingo. This is not uncommon and it’s something that happens more frequently with trenbolone. The term ‘tren cough’ exists to describe what you’re talking about. Don’t inject into a vein and this won’t happen.

ofcourse i do not inject into a vein, how should it happend if i do Subq there is no big veins, that’s why I’m worried about… how its possible to hit something subq… its like 3min after shot i got some wheezing, a bit of coughing and the eyes became bloodshot red, felt the heart palpitations for about a minute or two then they subsided.

You are 100% nicking a vein, otherwise what you’re describing couldn’t happen. Don’t be so sensitive, princess.
