SSB squats- 3 warm up sets of 10 ramping the weight up to 180lbs for 3x8
3 supersets of DB squeeze press while laying on the floor and 1 arm band flys. These are the only two movements I can perform that work my chest and dont strain my shoulder.
3 sets of 1 arm pushdowns and 1 arm concentration curls.
Shoulder is definitely getting better just not as fast as I would like. Next week is going to have to be the same as next week training wise and after that I hope to be able to perform at least floor presses with a barbell for sets of 8 the week after

In pain last night, decided to go to the ER to have my shoulder checked out. They told me I sprained my AC joint and that I shouldnāt be doing anything strenuous and should have had my arm in a sling initially when it first happened. They said even squatting will aggravate it, as having the bar on your back forces you to tighten up your upper back and shoulders. Looks like Iām going to be out of commission for longer than I hoped :/. Just trying to stay positive and think I can probably get more out of the novice program when I come back since I already started it, Iāll restart at about 40lbs lower than my last 6rm for each lift
