You’ll want to find a forum with dedicated sponsors and approved sources. This isn’t it. Google will point you in the right direction, you just found yourself on one of the forums without.
For TRT I would recommend Defy medical out of Tampa. They perform telemedicine if you are not local. Once you are established you can request responsible doses of Androgenic therapy such as Anavar, Nandrolone (deca), and even Winstrol.
