Protein That Doesn't Cause Diarrhea

After taking some shakes with the new Rice Protein I bought, I can say that for the first time I didn’t experience any discomfort like I had in the past with the other types of protein. So my take is that Rice Protein seems to be the answer in my situation!

As far as its quality goes, and if it is absorbed well by my muscles, I really have no idea… I guess i’ll find out in the next few months if it works well for mass gains.
