Metabolic Drive works well for me. I haven’t tried to cook with Grow! Whey yet.
Same, but I’d probably try it with ezekeil bread instead of multigrain bread.
What do you guys put on your protein pancakes, waffles, french toast? Is there a sugar free syrup out there or?[/quote]
Yeah I just made it and I use the low sod. Ezekeil bread it was good. Almost pancake like. I think I still favor the waffle iron. With limited carb I like a little crunch. No syrups right now 2 weeks two go.

I use real maple syrup, strawberry jam, or sometimes I’ll mix Metabolic Drive Vanilla with plain yogurt and spread that on top of 'em. Mix a little fresh fruit in the yogurt/protein blend and you’re good to go.

I usually don’t use anything but if I do there are a ton of sugar free varieties.
I lost my original recipe but it was something like:
almond flour
vanilla protein blend (reflex peptide fusion vanilla was great for this… but it makes a horrible shake!)
eggs
water
cinnamon*
vanilla essence*
splenda*
*Not really essential but made them MUCH tastier
Cooked in a little bit of olive oil… served up with a dose of sugar free syrup.
I also started playing around with adding baking powder to it to make them fluffier.
High protein, low carb, good dose of health fats, a good bit of fiber… and it tasted pretty good!
Only complaint wasthe almond flour I used - the particles were slightly too large for my liking.
