Ive noticed that when I use 1%, 2%, or whole milk in my shaker, the protein is usually lumpy however when I use skim milk it is usually creamy just like it would be with plain water. Is the fat content to blame here? Anybody else notice this?
not me. 1% has never left me with a lumpy shake

How did you get a shake creamy with water?
Unless your definition of creamy is less creamy than mine. I like creamy.

I’m using Metabolic Drive. What I meant was smooth. When I use any milk other than skim, it gets lumpy. Same thing with the grow whey. I have to put it in a blender to get it “smooth” i guess creamy isn’t the right word.
when i use milk, its whole milk. I have never had any lumps in my shake. Maybe just shake it a little more, lol
