Hello,
This is my first post ever on internet. Im approaching 40yrs old and have been bodybuilding since 1989.
Steroids were not taboo like they are now and we didnt have prohormones. I recently decided to train for a MASTERS 40+ show and my gym which is a small hardcore bodybuilding gym sells supps.
I was interested in trying prohormones and they had a bottle of MASSIVE COMPLEX. After taking a few i decided to look up the PH and i guess its whats known as D.M.T. And seems more dangerous and hepatoxic than taking FINAPLEX and real deal 17-alk AAS back in the day…i didnt think these PH were realky a designer steroid and not such a SUPP like DHEA,androstene etc.
Can anyone who has a college degree in chemistry or bio-chem,explain to me if this PH is legal and how toxic is it and what the dosage in MG per LB/kilo bodyweight a day?
Its a GREEN and grey bottle “MASSIVE COMPLEX” by AAS. Is this PH actually considered a real METHYL-AAS?? How can it be sold in my gym over the counter if DMT and similiar PH are supposed to be illegal. Also all these kids are talking about taking estrogen blockers with these PH,like they are using some huge “real” cycle,do PH aromatise more?
If you have to take proviron, noveldex, clomid,ETC why not just take the real deal?? I would like to take whats legal and considered still “NATTY” as the kids call it. If these PH are really designer steroids can someone send a LINK validating the history of DMT usage.
NO uneducated comments by kids who havent been training for less than 5-years,i need info from someone who has done both AAS and who has worked out using just PH’s.
Thank you in advance[/quote]
The product you’re asking about is actually 3 prohormones in 1 pill, 2 of which are methylated, the other being an ethyl-steroid (a precursor to Trenbolone). Because the prohormone regulations are shitty, it’s hard to know exactly what you’re getting, even if they list certain ingredients and amounts. Methylstenbolone is one of the listed ingredients in this product, but most of the methylstenbolone products on the market are actually superdrol, a compound that is currently illegal. This is because methylstenbolone is difficult to make. Either way though, you’re taking an anabolic compound.
Yes, PH’s (most of them at least, with the exception of a few like Epistane) aromatize. Some more than others. The ones you’re asking about certainly do.
Your question about why people would use this and not just pin ‘real’, unadulterated steroids comes down to legality for the most part. The legislation on prohormones and designer steroids is ambiguous. Congress is currently working on passing a new designer steroid act to close the loopholes of the previous one, but until that passes, all supplement companies have to do is slightly modify the outlawed compounds. The idea behind this is that if a particular compound is not specifically listed as a controlled substance, even if it breaks down in the body into the illegal substance, it can be legally sold.
Hepatoxicity, bioavailability, and cost are the downsides of these prohormones. Most can only be run in low doses, for a short period of time, to avoid liver damage. Muscular gains, however, can be very significant.
Hope this answers your questions.
