Progress on the Patio

met my friend this evening at the gym I went to before mandated government shutdowns happened . . shouldn’t have done that as I realize how much of the social aspect I miss there . . oh well, I’m moving to a property that’s at least 1/2 hour to the closest gym in September so my home-gym will pay off

really happy with this session . . starting to feel run down as I approach 2 1/2 weeks left on this program but there’s no doubt I’m stronger than when I started

I think I’m going to pull the plug on this training cycle. I was estimating my max rack dead at close to 600, super disappointed with just 1 at 510. The last 2 weeks I’ve had a lot less motivation to train too. I’m going to take 5-6 days off and start a conjugate training cycle based on Brian Alsruhes program. Not disappointed at all with the results from this program though; noticed significant physique changes in my traps, lats, and upper back.
