Npp is the same base hormone as deca, but had a shorter ester. It is like test prop, versus test u. It is just fast acting, and fast clearing.
IMO, it is what one should use on their first nandrolone blast. One can bail quickly if their dick stops working, or if one stops noticing women bending over at the waist.
To slightly further expand on what @mnben87 said, youāre (understandably) confusing nandrolone phenylpropionate (NPP) with nandrolone decanoate (Deca). Phenylpropionate and decanoate being the different esters that determine action and clearance rates. NPP has a half-life of about 2.5 days and Deca has a half-life of about 9 days.

So, I donāt know what kind of Wu Tang meth lab blend my clinic sent me, but it canāt be Primo. Things started great at first. Copy and pasted from above, my initial reaction to the Primo was two (-) and two (+).
Then, about one week in, things went downhill quickly. I noticed:
Now, Iām not one to wuss out due to sides. Iāve delt with bloat, acne, rage, headaches, heart palpitations, high BP, hot flashes, night sweats, and so on.
But I draw the line at ED!!!
I called my clinic up and they acknowledge that it comes from a lab, not a Pharma, but swear itās legit Primo.
Iām resisting the urge to post pics of the bottle and publicly call out the UGL it came from and the knock-off name on the label, because I know itās against forum policies.
Moral of the story is, what others have already said on here x 1,000, get Pharma primo or donāt get it at all.
So, Iām just going to start a slow cut on 300 Test and just ride that for a while. When I get lean enough and decide to blast again, Iāll of course post it all here.

Wow, thatās fucked that a doctor selling you UGL gear. I would be more upset with the clinic than the UGL.
So it has a pharma brand label, but comes from a UGL, and this TRT clinic is selling it? That is some crazy shit man. Like that TRT clinic could easily be shut down over that I would think? I would think knowingly doing so could be grounds for losing a medical license (or it should be).
Could it have been a compounding pharmacy that makes it? Still Fāed up that they would put a pharma label on it.
The label lists a laboratory, contact info etc., not a pharmacy. My clinic has them ship it directly from lab to me. Iāve gotten NPP from them same way, no problems.
But this Primo canāt be Primo. It was definitely not the side-free miracle drug everyone claims it is.
So this is probably a compounding lab, not a UGL, right? When I was working with Defy, they did business with a compounding lab that shipped directly to me.
Compounding labs are often pretty terrible. Many UGL labs produce gear that is more accurately dosed than some of the legal compounders.
High Test can cause ED as well. The combo of Test / Primo might not be great for you either?

Really? Do you know of any clinics prescribing tren (eMaiL iN bIo)? Iāve heard of it being prescribed out in likeā¦ Dubai (or somewhere close). I had no idea you could actually get a script for tren in the USA. Considering you canāt even get a script for like above 100mg test/wk in Aus unless youāve got PAIS or somethingā¦ Theyāre soooooo strict here itās ridiculous. Recently a doc was suspended for prescribing a bodybuilder tamoxifen/arimidex to ameliorate side effects associated with AAS useā¦ I believe SERM based PCT isnāt medically accepted here either, rather we use HCG (of which is inherently suppressive).
As you both know, my libido is sensitive to AAS. When I run DHTs I eventually get loss of libido which seems counterintuitive but could it be its antagonistic affect on E2? I eventually balance out but I definitely get a dip after a few weeks of use.
This scares me. My libido is a lot lower than normal thanks to past SSRI use. I havenāt read much about primo hurting sex drive until recently. I was planning a blast this summer with test/primo

All I had to do was decrease dose (was on 200mg primo at the time) and increase test dose (was on like 75 mg test).
E2 was probably waaayyyy too low, test was probs too low to begin with.

The only time Iāve seen it mentioned is with guys who get the AI effect from it. Otherwise running primo is usually like running straight oil. You donāt even notice itās there.
On my bloods it was def noticable. Dropped HDL, no effect on LDL. dropped bf% without dieting, thus a cosmetic effect was noted.
Also made me stronger. I can deadlift around 210-215kg as a calculated 1RM and have THREE hernias to show for itā¦ Fuckā¦ Dammitā¦ Shitā¦ Iām around 160lbs for reference.
My powerlifting days are probably gone for goodā¦ Will have to switch to ānormalā weights, swimming, boxing etc provided I manage to recover from this.
Each AAS really is different for everyone. I did a little primo, loved it. No libido issues but very quick hair shedding. @Professor_Hulk , I decided to run some boldenone alongside TRT. I know you canāt get it in a clinic (although yours might!), but itās been fairly side effect free for me. Been on about four weeks, just starting to notice some changes compared to just test now.
