Long time since posting since I thought I had my TRT pretty well sorted. A new doc insists on using TGel rather than Sustanon which although not perfect was much better.
I took a holiday to hotter climate with my beautiful girlfriend, and, all of sudden my best bit isn’t functioning. Since then it’s been pretty hit and miss.
What I notice is I wake up sort of OK somewhat sexually reactive… Fine…
I apply my gel, and within moments, I’m broken again, I can feel the immediate loss of fullness and size in my penis and immediately aquire quite fundamental ED that wasn’t there moments before hand
The only thing I can think of doing is going back to injecting with underground drugs. The Undeconate standard dose via legitimate means is way to high for me in a single instance and causes similar sides… And Sustanon gave a see saw effect although better…
We have no AI available via legit means with out health system here in the UK.
I felt so much better whilst cruising on 200mg a week with HCG and 1mg Azole, frankly just want to go back to that. My bloods before have shown that it does give me good test levels, the gels that is, I just think the Transdermal cause sides I can’t chase. Sudden E surges…
I wonder if anyone else has these problems or can offer advice.
One things I do note is that I’m unable to perform during the day sometimes I can in the evenings. Perhaps I should use an AI… But I think these will crush what after all is a surge in E that drops away whilst the ai half life means its still active, when my surge in oestrogen subsides.
It really feels like the gels are causing sudden changes in my hormone profile rather than steady levels I can tackle that I got from injectables.
Hope that makes sense, and that someone had some experience to add…or comments… The problem with TRT in the UK is its very simplistic going back to the doc with problems often results in the withdrawal of treatment…
I should point out… Perhaps… The HypoG was caused by severe varicoles in my late 30s I then got into training and using AAS, so, I guess some of this is my fault.
Undecanoate is single ester, you can do split dosing like Cypionate or Enanthate with it. In other words, you don’t have to take one massive shot all at once, it just takes longer to get to steady state than the other options. Gels suck, tell your doc that he’s a moron - he ought to be made aware of his stupidity.
Well, I agree, to a point he’s the only person in the UK I met who’d take me seriously. Unfortunately Undeconate is only available legally here in extremely expensive 4ml 1g shots.
Which means going back to UGL… Which I’m not afraid of. Tbh.
It comes in a big vial with one needle, but you don’t HAVE to take it that way. You can backfill other syringes with it at the desired dose. Unless you’re dealing with someone that feels like he has to administer the shot, which you should not let him do. They typically are awful at it.
I don’t think it is the gels fault. I think you just have taken some kind of T without monitoring your E2 and now your E2 is thru the roof. All you are discribing are over range E2 symptoms. Went was the last time you had a full blood panel ran?
My test and oestrogen is more often than not in range. If I feel poor it’s because my E2 is above 100pmol which is my ceiling. Anything above that and I’m not good.
I have had my test in the upper ranges but in other tests its been low. The gels are… Inconsistent.
I don’t know how I’d back fill syringes with half ml doses, I’d have to reinject the 4ml dose into a sterile vial. In which it would site for at least two months before another script was filled. Cant see it being safe?
Other than that… I’ll just aquire my test elsewhere and keep getting my balances tested.
New job without time flexibility is not helping…
There is no need to back fill man that is some old tech. Get 100each 27ga 1/2" insulin syringes I like easy tough. They cost about 14US. Suck up (no back fill) single doses until you have the bottle empty. If you are worried about the T reacting with the rubber then suck a small air bubble in the syringe and store the covered needle down so the bubble goes to the top. You can keep these preloaded syringes for months in a room temp cabinet.
I hope that helps.
Oh one last thing the 1/2" needle is designed for delt IM or lovehandle subQ your choice.
I was choosing to not assume the Nebido was in a vial, he could be getting a preloaded syringe or some kind of redi-ject. It depends on the oil too, I’ve had issues drawing with 27 ga a few times but it always injects fine.
