Started having a burning and constant urge to urinate , thought maybe prostate infection but all tests have come back negative , my dose is .5ml twice weekly and take .25 mg arimidex with each injection , my dr doesn’t think the test has anything to do with it but I’m grasping at straws was wondering if I should lower it or if anybody had any ideas as what to try , been going on for a couple months and I’m desperate

Been taking it , I’ve tried everything but can’t get it figured out . Psa is good , u/s of bladder and prostate was normal , it’s driving me crazy
I have had a similar condition, including blood in urine. CT scan is indicated for an accurate diagnosis.
What did they find if u don’t mind me asking ? I haven’t had blood but I’m constantly irritated and having the urge to pee
In my case limited to enlarged prostate, and urinary tract infection. Antibiotics cured infection. Flomax and Finasteride for prostate. Saw Palmetto is a joke. See a urologist, don’t rely on your Primary care Dr.
