Hey guys, I’m about to repeat my blood tests in a couple of days (probably after NY).
Currently I’m on 50mcg of T4 daily and 1.25 bromocriptine and will tell you how I feel at the moment.
I think I’m getting nocturnal erections (3-4 per week) and erections during the night (almost regularly), but I really can’t tell for sure as I’m so preoccupied with it daily that I might be imagining all of it.
Libido is still no-existent, I have to force my self to masturbate but my erections are slightly better I think. Still I don’t feel any joy during ejaculation, like my penis is disconnected with my brain. I don’t know how to explain this and feel like an idiot for even writing, but you are my only source of information and so far my only help as I live in a third world country where doctors think I’m perfectly fine because of how I physically look.
1)Anyway, as I said, I will repeat my tests in a few days, is there anything I should check beside this:
Testo, Free Testo, T3 free, T3 total, TSH, Prolactin, Estradiol, LH, FSH, T4 free, SHBG
- I dropped some supps recently as I read on this forums that ‘too much is not always too good’. Atm I only use b complex, omega 3, vit C and zinc+magnesium before bed.
I ordered vit D, ashwagandha, DAA and tribulus to boost my libido if possible.
Been thinking to start with 3000 vit D, 1000mg ashwa and tribulus, and to stay with 50mg zinc + 500mg mag before bed, b complex, 2g vit c daily. Can I add these supplements?
Also I started using no-flavor whey protein as I read sucralose can cause some problems with thyroid and I’v been using it 10+ years literally on a daily basis.
Currently my diet is:
-non-flavored whey mixed with some fruit, omega 3
-eggs with tomato/spinach oat/rye flour >>> gym >> whey prot, vit c, b complex
-after gym - chicken fillet/beef + rice+ greenies + omega 3
- nuts snack (almonds, walnuts)
- before bad - low fat cheese + olive oil, zma before sleep
- I read this thread on forum and I see some of you took part
Road to Recovery (Horrible Hormone Panel, Anxiety, Etc.) - #43 by johann77
I can tell my symptoms are quite similar to this guy.
You suggest him to drop some activity, I will try to do this as well. I train 6 times weekly, I feel very energized and motivated in the gym - And only in the gym. As soon as I get out, my mood changes and I start feeling useless.
If someone can explain me, how is it possible that I gain muscle mass quite easily, and I get easily in shape with my hormones being so bad and my T not so great?
Might be due to overtraining as well, and do you think I should take a few days rest before I take my next blood tests?
