When I attempt to read articles on my iPad via safari the article stops about 1/2 way through and then reads CONTINUE READING which I try clicking on that to continue reading but it is non clickable therefore I can’t read the article any further
ANY ADVICE / help / assistance/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Ok great, thanks just glad it’s not an issue on my end like my iPad or something
Turn your device/ screen from hortizontal to vertical. Then see if the continue button works.
It was vice versa I turned my iPad from vertical to horizontal & the continue tab worked
