Suppression should be very low with this cycle. I would NOT use any HCG. HCG is more suppressive than any of the juice your taking. Besides, the only time you would need that is when doing a long cycle (8-16+ weeks) with fairly high dosages. I would just use some Clomid at 50mg a day for 2 weeks at mostto stimulate LH production. Bump it up to 100mg a day for the 1st week if you really want but you should be fine with 50mg. As far as length of PCT, I personally go by feel. As soon as my nutz are looking normal and I’m getting mornin’ wood generally I’m good to go. I would think for a light short cycle that 2 weeks of PCT should be enough, but everyone is different. Good Luck!
Furious,
Your goals are EASILY attainable without the use of any gear. A real gym, some knowledgeable training partners and borderline deathly intensity will achieve the results you seek. I know it’s not what you wanted to hear but check out my post Too Many Buffets under performance photos. The only thing I pumped myself up with to make that change was desire.

I think you have a great point. You are probably right. However the sad fact is that I work too many hours so I can’t hit the gym for as many sessions as I would like or for as long as I would like. I can’t be tight with my meal plan because I spend a lot of time on the road (you can only eat so many subs and salads).
I train like an animal with the limited equipment and time that I have. I’ve gotten good results so it’s not like I am going for a drastic transformation here. I have been stuck where I am for too long and need to change things up a bit. I want to get to the next level and I know that isn’t going to happen without a little help.

This I don’t understand, if you have not achieved maximal results natural why would you subject yourself to gear?
First you say you can’t eat right, how can you expect the results on gear without proper diet, it’s even more important!
Secondly you can’t make it to the gym enough, how do you expect to make these miraclous gains without being under a bar?
I think a lot of people think gear is a magic pill they can just “poof” become “insert BB hero” without extra work or tight diet.
I’m not saying it won’t help you but it seems the gain vs abuse factor here is off. I’m willing to bet you don’t squat, deadlift or do any real full body lift. Maybe I’m wrong but I think a real workout would give more results then gear. Just my opinion.
guys, I appreciate the lecture but I’m not new to lifting. I’m not some 16yr old kid looking to get jacked off a pill in a bottle. I’ve been doing this a while but have never tried gear because I was always making progress on my own. I am no longer seeing much progress.
I have nothing but respect for all the guys out there that can get the body they want naturally with hard work and discipline. For years I was against exactly what I am doing but things change.
I’d like a little help to get to the next level. It will let me make some really good gains in just a couple of months of really being tight with my plan vs trying to grind it out year round. As long as I can get where I want to be I will def have the motivation to stay there.

I agree with you FG. Its often hard to get that life/work/training balance right (especially if your married with 2 kids like me!!!). IMHO I think that you should try AAS. From your other posts I know that you’ve been training for a good while, so I’m sure you will appreciate the benefits that a decent cycle will bring you.
Good luck bro,
Tone.
OK so this should be about the final draft
W 1 Primo 200mg M, W, F (600mg/w)
W 2-8 Primo 100mg M, W, F (300mg/w)
W 1-6 Winny 25mg ED
W 10-11 Clomid 50mg/d
Flameout for the joints, ZMA, eat well, train hard. Maybe some Carbolin 19 for PCT.
Am I there yet?
Looking better - personally I would pump up the stan a little but not a big deal for this cycle and your goal.
Guess you couldn’t get the nolva… clomid will have to do. Have you used it before? Works for some but not others.
Good luck with everything.
