fedaykin, it looks like everything in order. 2-3g/lb of protein is not uncommon. I’d keep antioxidant intake high because your metabolism will go through the roof.

Hi David,

First off thanks for your advice last time round on my question about protien timing.

What is your opinion on the timing and quantity on taking Power Drive? I have heard of two different ways:

  1. Before, as seen on the product description, and;

  2. After, as mentioned by CT in his latest article.

Are both ways valid? If yes, then what is Power Drive doing to the body in each case?
